BUSINESS LICENSE APPLICATION FORM
All businesses operating in Senqu Municipality and that fall under the Businesses Act 71 of 1991 require a business licence from the Municipality. The businesses affected are taverns, saloons, places of entertainment, establishments which sell food and alcohol and accommodation establishments. The licence is applicable for a year and is linked to the business owner and the establishment. Licences are not transferable between shop owners or shops. Applicants may fill out the form and pay the non refundable annual fee at a Senqu Municipal cashier or electronically. The form, proof of payment and other applicable documents may be emailed to viedgeb@senqu,gov.za for further processing.

Land use management applications are the first step in the formal planning and building process and are also necessary if you are intending to use a site or building for purposes other than what it has been originally zoned or built for.
