Provision Of Interim Legal Services
It is the intention of the Senqu Municipality to appoint a service provider (qualified & registered legal practitioners)
that will carry out legal services in the arbitration / adjudication/ court proceedings for an interim period not exceeding
one (1) year or finalisation of the panel for legal services tender whichever comes first.
