NOTICE NO: 17 /2025 Draft Annual Report

Mr T. Mawonga the Municipal Manager, as duly instructed by the Speaker of Senqu Local Municipality, Mrs N.R Gwabini, hereby gives notice that in terms of Section 21 (1) a and b, (2) and (4) of the Municipal Systems Act, Act 32 of 2000, read with Section 127 (5) of Local Government: Municipal Finance  Management Act, Act 56 of 2003, that at an Ordinary Council Meeting held on Friday, 31 January 2025 at 11H00 at the Dumisani Mqungquthu Council Chamber Lady Grey considered the Draft Annual Report 2023/2024. The Council resolved to make this Draft Annual Report available on media platforms and the Municipal website (www.senqu.gov.za) for public comments and public representation. The document will also be made available at Municipal libraries in Sterkspruit, Barkly East and Lady Grey for inspection.

Any comments or representation must be forwarded in writing to the Municipal Manager on or before Friday 07 March 2025.
