NOTICE INTERMS OF SECTION 116(3) OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT: MUNICIPAL
FINANCE MANAGEMENT ACT, 2003 (ACT NO 56 0F 2003)
Notice is hereby given in terms of section 116(3) of the Local Government
Municipal Finance Management Act,2003 (Act no 56 of 2003) that the
municipality intends amending a of professional fees of the Principal Agent
engaged at Sterkspruit Driving License Testing Centre (56/2020-2021T) due
to operational requirements as assessed by the municipality.
Members of the community are hereby invited to submit comments and or
objections in respect of the proposed amendment to the Professional fees of
the Principal Agent engaged at the Sterkspruit Driving License Testing
Centre. Comments and or objection must be submitted in writing to the
following email address ngwenyan@senqu.gov.za or may be hand delivered
to No 19 Murray Street, Lady Grey. Submissions must be NOT LATER than
close of business on 10 JULY 2026
